The DFCC Green Deposit is a special fixed deposit introduced to promote green concepts like sustainability, environmental protection, and minimising adverse climate changes. The funds raised via the DFCC Green Deposit are allocated for loans that support sustainability, which also comply with the Green Finance Taxonomy of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Hydropower, the usage of waste material for energy generation, and water recycling are a few examples of sustainability loans. DFCC is the first bank in Sri Lanka to launch a Green Deposit encouraging green financing. The DFCC Green Deposit is open to anyone interested in supporting these worthy causes.

- A Fixed Deposit in USD for BFCA (Business Foreign Currency Account) holders, placed for 12 Months with interest payable at maturity
