DFCC Sustainability Trust

A separate independent entity named as “DFCC Sustainability Trust” was created in 2021 to carry out identified CSR / Sustainability initiatives, as proposed by the Board approved “Sustainability Policy, Strategy and Plan for DFCC (2020 – 2030).

 

The Trustees of the DFCC Sustainability Trust comprise of DFCC Bank’s Chairman, two Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of the Sustainability Unit.
